After Sales Service

🔧 Comprehensive Warranty & Service Coverage

Generally our equipment carries a warranty of 2–5 years. All spare parts required for the smooth operation of equipment during this period are covered by us. After the expiry of the warranty period, hospitals/institutions are responsible for servicing, though we provide AMC/CMC as per agreement.

Since we hold authorization of the manufacturing company, we are responsible for after-sales and post-warranty services. Mr. Bijan Aryal, being a Bio-Medical Engineer, actively monitors all after-sales service activities, while Mr. Gurubodh Kumar as Service Head performs site visits and carries out day-to-day monitoring of equipment.
